About the Module

This module is for employers who are ready to rethink how inclusion and social innovation shows up in everyday work life. It offers practical, thoughtful ways to support autistic employees—by offering ways how the workplace can become more open, structured and responsive. Ways that often lead to more effective and innovative collaboration across teams. In this module you’ll find guidance on communication, work routines, and team dynamics that can help autistic colleagues adjust to the teamwork and environment and be able to contribute meaningfully. The focus isn’t on “fixing” or “succeeding,” but on building a culture where diverse ways of thinking and working are the new standard for the workplace.
